Water Damage from Underneath the Floor.

This house had a water supply leak which was quickly mitigated by the owner. Sadly, the moisture went underneath the floor and the only effective solution to remove it was by removing the whole floor. Trapped moisture leads to mold, odors and floor discoloration and curling. Once we have removed the wood paneling floor we have set up our drying equipment with air movers and dehumidifiers for a few days to make sure that, any moisture was gone, we did sanitized all the surfaces and checked the levels of humidity in the room frequently. Once we have left the room dry for extended period of time, it was ready for new flooring.
