Water damage in a "hoarder" like room

When a hoarder has a water damage to their home it can be a little bit trickier to have cleaned.

1. The first step is to put on protective clothing and masks to keep the technicians safe.
2. Remove and catalog all items out of the home.
3. Find the source of the water loss and clean up the area and disinfect.
4. Use drying equipment on wet building materials.
5. Clean up any hoarded items that were damaged by the water that will be going back into the home.
